There is still time to enjoy one of Enfield’s best summer traditions. The Enfield Community Market is open on the Town Green at 820 Enfield Street, bringing local farmers, makers, and neighbors together every Sunday morning. But the calendar is ticking: the 2026 season wraps up on Sunday, September 27, which means only a handful of Sundays remain.

Late summer and early fall are the market’s tastiest stretch. This is the season for sun-ripened tomatoes, sweet corn, peppers, apples, and the first hints of autumn squash — alongside baked goods, local honey, handmade items, and gifts from neighborhood vendors. Every dollar you spend stays close to home, supporting the farmers and small businesses that make Enfield and Thompsonville special.

It’s also simply a great morning out. Bring a tote bag, meet your neighbors on the Town Green, and stock up on the freshest food of the year before the season closes.
